• Toughening ratio is 10/1 - meaning your glass pieces should not exceed more than 10 times the width or there may be an issue in manufacturing them, we have the right to refuse to have pieces out of ratio manufactured and will deal with this on a case by case basis.

Delivery lead time is currently 15 working days from placing order, this isn't a guaranteed time but a general lead time going off an average, it can be longer in extremely busy times or areas we don't cover daily.

Sometimes due to delays the delivery is made on the following day, however this is rare so please ensure your assigned day and the following are OK for delivery to take place.

Please note that the delivery can be anytime between 07.30 and 17.30 and will need to be signed for

Deliveries are not guaranteed. Although over 97% of deliveries run smoothly some do incur some problem and/or delays. We request not to book installation before goods arrive. We will not compensate against failed, delayed or other delivery issues.

Deliveries are Curb side only. You must have enough people on site for offloading, delivery is curbside only. Any damages caused during offloading are the customers responsibility. If any issues are noticed at the point of delivery such as incorrect size glass, specification or damaged glass then the glass should be rejected and sent back with the delivery driver, if you accept delivery it is your responsibility to return it to the manufacturer at your own cost, CWD will not reimburse for returns of glass. We are an agent, not a manufacturer so your warranties etc are with the manufacturer.

Failed deliveries will result in a redelivery charge.

CWD Will not be responsible for any failing of glass due to incorrect size/thickness being ordered, we assume you have done your research and know what you need to order.

As each pane is made to order, you accept by placing the order that you have 48 hours to cancel or amend, we can attempt to make changes/cancel afterwards but there may be fee's for doing so which will be advised as requested
