GLASS RATIO & QUALITY LIMITATIONS
• Out-of-ratio orders may have imperfections, waves, or distortion
• Example: 250mm high = maximum 2500mm long to stay in ratio
• No refunds/returns for out-of-ratio quality issues
• Consider multiple panels for longer jumpguards

Installation Guidelines:
- Use at least one D clamp per meter.
- Two corner clamps for each corner where the glass meets.

Size Recommendations:
- Maximum length should not exceed ten times the height of the glass. a 300mm high jumpguard should be no longer than 3 meters.

With these guidelines, our Glass Pond Jumpguards provide both functionality and style, seamlessly integrating into your pond environment while enhancing safety for children.
If you're measuring for jumpguards, we usually advise to set them 50 - 100mm in from the edge of the inside of the pond
Glass deliveries typically take 2-3 weeks, and as the customer, you'll be responsible for offloading. We'll inform you of the delivery date approximately one week in advance. If the scheduled day isn't convenient, simply reply to the email to arrange an alternative date.
