We will make efforts to ship your items as soon as possible, larger filters such as drums and Nexus require delivery on a pallet, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date (after 48 working hours of no contact these will be shipped on the next day service)
Most items will be shipped and received within 2 working days of placing the order, contact us for specific item availability
We will make efforts to ensure the stock advertised is available, as we sell through different channels, this can lead to items selling out but the website not being updated quickly enough. We will inform you as soon as we become aware and discuss options available to you.
Deliveries for liners vary from 10 to 20 working days
Glass delivery lead time is 15 working days

Sometimes due to delays, the delivery is made on the following day, however, this is rare so please ensure your assigned day and the following are OK for delivery to take place.
Please note that the delivery can be anytime between 07.30 and 17.30 and will need to be signed for
The driver will contact you if this is any different and should call you 1 hour before he is to arrive.
**PLEASE ENSURE HELP IS ON HAND TO ASSIST THE DRIVER WITH OFF-LOADING **
Deliveries are not 100% guaranteed. Although over 95% of deliveries run smoothly some do incur some problems and/or delays.
We request not to book installation before goods arrive. We will not compensate against failed, delayed, or other delivery issues.
Deliveries are Curbside only. You will require adequate people on-site to offload the vehicle. In some instances, the driver may assist if they deem it possible but We or the driver will not be responsible for any damage caused during offloading. If any special requirements are required this must be noted at the time of order as the additional cost may be incurred.
We will assume that the customer has done sufficient research into the glass required and has ordered the suitable glass for their needs. We can use our experience to offer advice, but it is up to the customer to order the correct glass and we cannot be held responsible for any failings unless the glass is fitted by CWD.
As each pane is made to order, you accept by placing the order that you have 48 hours to cancel or amend, we can attempt to make changes/cancel afterward but there may be fee's for doing so which will be advised as requested
