DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

• Specialist glass delivery - curbside only
• YOU are responsible for offloading heavy glass panels
• Minimum 2 people per 85kg of glass required for safe handling
• Glass delivered loose with NO packaging - be well prepared
• Delivery between 07:30-17:30 - must be signed for
• Over 4m width panels may incur extra charges (oversized load)

DELIVERY PROCESS

• 15 working days average lead time (not guaranteed)
• Deliveries are daytime, we cannot offer timed delivery slots - if driver is delayed etc on rare occasions delivery can be made the following day. We cannot control this and it is the same for most glass deliveries in the UK, if you are unhappy with this probability please do not purchase the glass.
• Scotland deliveries - contact us for shipping costs before ordering
• Oversized panels - we'll contact you about extra charges

INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

• CRITICAL: Inspect glass immediately upon delivery
• Reject if defects found - check for scratches, chips, lamination issues
• After signing for delivery - warranty claims require return at YOUR cost to the manufacturer for inspection
• 48 hours only to cancel or amend orders - glass is custom made to order

MANUFACTURING SPECIFICATIONS

• Bespoke made-to-order - no stock items
• Toughened & laminated specialist pond glass
• Heat-soaked for purity testing
• All edges polished and corners dubbed

DELIVERY LIMITATIONS

• Deliveries NOT guaranteed - 97% success rate
• DO NOT book installation until glass arrives
• Failed deliveries incur redelivery charges
• Delivery delays possible - we don't compensate for delays in any circumstance
• Curbside only & you are responsible for offloading
