• 18-tonne vehicle delivery to curbside only
• YOU are responsible for offloading heavy sleepers from wagon

• Copings too long for standard pallets
• Liner made after your final measurements - once you have built the pond, send us your internal sizes and we make the liner to your sizes, any mistakes or differences in sizes of timbers will not be an issue this way - *1 week lead time*

• We cannot give updates on where your kit is until it is built and ready to ship, your eta is 3-5 weeks until you hear otherwise

• Manufacturing tolerance: ±1cm (±10mm) on each sleeper dimension
• Cutting tolerance: ±1cm on sleeper lengths
• Width: 190-210mm | Length: 239-241cm | Thickness: 90-110mm
• Natural timber characteristics include warps, wanes, splits, knots
• Some sleepers may have live edge (can face inward or outward)
• Each sleeper unique with natural timber variations

• We don't offer direct installation service
• 3rd party installers available - provide pond size, contact number + postcode for referral
• Assembly, foundation preparation, and tools are your responsibility

☑️ I accept manufacturing tolerances of ±1cm on each sleeper dimension and cutting tolerance of ±1cm on sleeper lengths, and understand these are rough sawn timber products with natural characteristics
☑️ I have adequate manpower available for delivery day offloading - this is not a timed delivery - Glass delivery is on the same terms.
