Selecting your pond viewing window thickness is pretty easy, we follow the rule below

• 21.5mm upto 400mm deep 1600 wide

• 25.5mm upto 600mm deep 2000 wide

• 33mm upto 1000mm deep 2000mm wide

• 39mm UPTO 1000mm X 3000mm wide

By placing an order you agree to the following

*Delivery lead time is currently 15 working days from placing order, this isn't a guaranteed time but a general lead time going off an average, it can be longer in extremely busy times or areas we don't cover daily. We cannot refund because you feel it is taking too long to be produced, it will likely take this long with whoever you buy your glass from.

Sometimes due to delays the delivery is made on the following day, however this is rare so please ensure your assigned day and the following are OK for delivery to take place.

Please note that the delivery can be anytime between 07.30 and 17.30 and will need to be signed for

Panels bigger than 4 metres in width may incur extra charges due to being classed as oversized, you can contact prior to order or we will contact you following order before capturing your payment to discuss.

Glass must be inspected and rejected if there are any defects at the point of delivery, after this point any issues that are included under warranty require the glass to be returned to the factory at your cost for it to be inspected. please check for scratches, lamination smudges, chips etc before signing for your glass. This is very rare but will save lots of time and effort should you encounter any of these issues.

**PLEASE ENSURE ENOUGH HELP IS AVAILABLE FOR OFF LOADING **

Deliveries are not guaranteed. Although over 97% of deliveries run smoothly some do incur some problem and/or delays. We request not to book installation before goods arrive. We will not compensate against failed, delayed or other delivery issues.

Deliveries are Curb side only. You must have enough people on site for offloading, delivery is curbside only. Any damages caused during offloading are the customers responsibility. WE RECCOMEND A MINIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE PER 85KG OF GLASS - GLASS IS DELIVERED LOOSE WITH NO PACKAGING, PLEASE BE WELL PREPARED FOR DELIVERY.

Failed deliveries will result in a redelivery charge.

CWD will not be responsible for any failing of glass due to incorrect size/thickness being ordered, we assume you have done your research and know what you need to order.

As each pane is made to order, you accept by placing the order that you have 48 hours to cancel or amend, we can attempt to make changes/cancel afterwards but there may be fee's for doing so which will be advised as requested
